Fightmix Roofing wants each homeowner to get a fair, honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

If Your Concern Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, start by raising it with the provider directly, and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Be aware that Fightmix Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@fightmix.living and include:

• Your name and a way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you used or the form you filled out, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and the outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Next we review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may also be able to help.
